2-stage transformer oil filter

1.The double-horizontal vacuum evaporation containers enlarges the evaporation area and extends the flowing distance of the oil.Thus this oil filter can increase the purification effectiveness more than three times and efficiently and completely dewater, degas, remove particles from transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil to get higher dielectric strength and optimize performance of the oils.
2.The filtering materials with varied apertures are made of specialized glass fiber.The sizes of the filtering fiber and aperture shrink gradually in different filtering stages. And impurities with different sizes are filtered step by step.Thus the capability of removing impurities is improved greatly by this method.
3.Efficient heating system to make heating uniformity and decrease power consumption. The heater will stop automatically when the oil temperature reaches a certain degree.
4.The oil-level floating ball and double-infrared liquid level automatic controller are installed to control the oil level and avoid the oil leaking.
5. Having interlocked protective system, pressure protective device which will avoid overload, supervoltage, blank pumping, blank heating, oil leak and electricity leak etc.If there has any fault, the purifier will be power off automatically.
